Return & Replacement Policy

At 4LongLife LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality products and carefully packaging every order. Because our products are consumable supplements, we only accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

We will replace or assist with orders if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The bottle/container is broken

  • Capsules are leaking or the seal is damaged

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product

If your order arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • A description of the issue

We will review the request and help resolve the issue.

Non-Eligible Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products that have been consumed

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Personal preference after opening

  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout
