Shipping & Product Care
Carefully stored. Thoughtfully shipped.
We take extra care when storing and shipping our softgel supplements.
Before shipment, our products are kept refrigerated to help maintain freshness and protect the softgels from unnecessary heat exposure. We also include ice packs as an added precaution because delivery vehicles, mailboxes and doorsteps can reach very high temperatures.
Our weekly shipping schedule
Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail every Monday or Tuesday.
This schedule helps minimize the amount of time packages spend inside carrier facilities or delivery vehicles over the weekend.
Most orders shipped Monday or Tuesday will arrive later that same week—usually on Thursday or Friday. However, this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Weather, holidays, address problems, USPS delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.
Once your order ships, you will receive USPS tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Orders placed after the weekly processing cutoff may ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
Does the product require refrigeration?
No. Our products are stable at normal room temperature and do not require continuous refrigeration during delivery or everyday use.
Refrigerated storage and ice packs are additional quality precautions. They help limit exposure to extreme heat, which may soften, deform or cause softgels to stick together or leak.
After receiving your order, store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. You may also refrigerate it if preferred. Do not freeze the product, and always follow the storage instructions printed on its label.
Why do we ship with ice packs?
Softgels can be sensitive to unusually high temperatures. Prolonged extreme heat may affect their physical condition and, depending on the temperature and length of exposure, could potentially affect overall product quality.
We use ice packs to:
Help protect softgel integrity
Reduce exposure to extreme shipping temperatures
Lower the chance of sticking, deformation or leakage
Provide an additional layer of product care
The ice pack is not intended to keep the package continuously cold. Its purpose is to reduce the intensity and duration of heat exposure during transit.
What if the ice pack arrives warm or melted?
This is normal.
Ice packs may thaw before your package arrives, especially during warm weather. A thawed ice pack does not automatically mean the product has been damaged or is unsafe.
Our supplements do not need to remain refrigerated throughout transit. The ice pack simply provides additional temperature protection during part of the journey.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Bring the package indoors as soon as reasonably possible and inspect the bottle.
If the softgels appear normal:
Wipe away any condensation.
Make sure the bottle is securely closed.
Store it in a cool, dry location or refrigerator.
Follow the directions on the product label.
If the softgels are slightly warm or temporarily stuck together, place the closed bottle in a cool location and allow it to return to a normal temperature before gently moving the bottle.
What if my softgels are leaking or damaged?
Do not use softgels that are open, leaking or visibly damaged.
